PestPinpoint publishes practical pest guides and pest control prices collected from companies’ own websites — each one named, linked and dated. We are not a pest control company: we don't inspect or treat homes, and we don't sell or rank anyone's services.
Who runs PestPinpoint
PestPinpoint is currently operated as an independent project — a registered operating entity is legal entity to be established (not yet incorporated). This page (and our Privacy Policy) will be updated with the entity's name and address once it is formed. We never publish a fake company name or address. You can reach us at [email protected].
Where our prices come from
Our price pages list what pest control companies publish on their own websites: the company, the city, the exact figure, a link to the page and the date we checked it. Where we also show estimates from national cost sites, they are labeled as estimates. The full method is on our pricing methodology page.
How we make money
Our DIY guides contain affiliate links to products — as an Amazon Associate and through other retail programs, we may earn a small commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we genuinely think are useful (details on our partners page). No company pays to appear in our price data.
Who researches our prices
Our price pages are researched by Elia, who runs PestPinpoint. Elia collects the prices pest control companies publish on their own websites, records each source and the date it was checked, and keeps an archived copy of every source page. The collection and cross-checking use automated tools, including AI assistants; every published figure must match the source text before it goes on the site.
